   I got two of my Bro's at the gym on a slightly modified Captain-Insane-O cycle....They gave me their progress reports tonight....Week 4(starting tonight) One Bro is up 15 1/2 pounds...strength way up...great pumps...you know the deal!! Second Bro is up 18 1/2 pounds...strength through the roof....real fucking intense...nice size as well....both have experienced no sides...other than Injection site discomfort....and not enough weight on some of the machines.....needless to say....they are pleased, and eating like the crumb-snatching pigs that they are....!!
