im takin creatine-glutamine-and protein post and preworkout -drinkin lots of water daily and ill drop an occasional hydroxycut when i need a pick me up-i also eat vegies and fruits all day but only eat one solid meal at dinner -is this a good plan for weight loss and getting cut and putting on some muscle? im 5'9 185 and have high cholesterol

Fruits are high in carbs, so if you're really trying to cut up try to stay away from large amounts of them, especially late in the day. How many grams of protien are you taking in on an average day?

It sounds like your plan is great for weight loss....primarily coming from muscle wasting. Eat several small meals throughout the day that are high in protein, low in carbs and fat. Either you're bulking and trying to add mass, or you're cutting and trying to lose fat....you can't do both at the same time.

takin about 46 grams of protein in shakes per day and as for meals i wouldnt know -but ive been eatin lots of tuna and salmon and good healthy shit so

figure desired lean body weight then calculate protein intake and rest of macro nutrients based on that figure.
when dietting some fruits are good do to the fact that they are water concetrated and they will fill you up and they low in calories, but green wegetagles are better for this concept. dont eat too much fruit cause of cukrose

This really doesnt belong in anabolic discussion. But stay away from all simple carbs when dieting.
