i only intake 30gms of carbs a day. 20grams of it is after my workouts. 10grams from rice cakes and dry shit like that, but i dont know if i can gain some good quality size off my parabolin on this kind of diet.
anyone with experience? i want to be ripped.

Para, without a doubt is the number one pre-contest drug...it will speed up your metabolism, and burn fat....if your already ripped, it will give you a hard quality look to your already lean physique.
I don't think low carb diets will hurt it's effect....keep the protein content up....I did the shit many years ago...gave me some fucking horrible nightmares....but, that's just me....hope it's the legit shit bro!!!

thanks ranger, and yes it is legit, i had it tested in a lab.
anyone else?
im just wondering if im eating enough. i mean i never go hungry but my calories may be to low to get good gains, i dont mind a little more size but i want to be hard and ripped.
im eating 300 grams of protein a day
30 grams of carbs
and around 15-20 grams of fat.
thats only around 1500 calories a day.
im 6.2 and 225lbs
am i eating enough. i know i should eat more protein but i dont have the appite for any more.
help me

Yes your calories are too low to make any gains. Not even enough to maintain. Don't stay on this diet for too long.

Eat more!!!! Unless you are a wk. or two out of a show,those calories are NOT enough to grow-Actually that might even be too long to maintain!! 100gms. carbs MINIMUM.Try it out-You won't gain any more fat!!!

up could up the carbs about 50-75g, and use flaxseed oil or fishoil, this will help give you some more calories and energy with out doing what you do want it to.

Tray's right about Flax seed oil....may try MCT Oil as well.....helps with energy!!!
