if you have time try sitting in a hot or warm tub or spa. or you could wet a hand towel with hot water and massage the area. Thanks for the laugh it may work but its funny as hell imagining someone rubbing there butt back and forth on the floor. IP: Logged |

Warm the oil. Not only will it go through the pin more easily but it will disperse more evenly. Also massage the injection site. Just dont sit down on the front porch of your house and wiggle around.the neighbors might feel bad and start leaving prep-H in your mailbox.he he (just kiddin) IP: Logged |

Seems to me you wouldn't want to roll on the floor (and thanks for the mental images that conjures up). You want to keep that area clean as possible, afterall, you just pierced the skin. You definitely don't want an infection and subsequent abscess. What's wrong with just massaging the area? Your hands are still clean from injecting. ------------------ IP: Logged |
