I start by eating 1-2 servings of oatmeal, and 6 egg whites upon rising in the morning two hours later: two hours later: two hours later pre workout: dinner: 60 gms of protein before bed and during the night if I wake up. That is a lot of food and takes a lot of getting used to! So I work up to it. chesty IP: Logged |

My bulking diet works awesome, and each day is very similar to the one you just posted. My meats also include alot of chicken too.

I usually end up around 15%. One thing I can say about this diet is you are never in want of food. And all the overweight people get quite pissed at you, especially at work! ------------------ IP: Logged |

LAST TIME I BULKED UP I TOTALLY CUT OUT THE CHICKEN AND STUCK TO RED MEATS.....I HAD BETTER GAINS THAT WAY....I THINK OPTINUN PROTIEN OR EVEN EAS NEW 5 POUND PROTIEN S ARE A GOOD SOURCE....CHEAP AND LOTS OF IT. IP: Logged |
