Listen all/most of you youngsters. I can remember a time when the experienced bodybuilders wouldn't even talk to those who didn't have a clue, much less give them trade secrets, or god forbid get them gear. So, if you value the magnitude of this board, then respect it for all it is worth and quit being the snot nosed kids that used to get their butts kicked back in my day.

Hey dude, no disrespect to you, but read the post-all/most. I know where you are coming from. I have been there too. This is addressed to those who think respect should just be given and not earned!
Keep pumping bro.

Oh, I understand. Thanx, I don't expect anything from anyone at my gym, or anyone else for that matter. I work my muscles, not them. peace

You are right on with your view. I think far too many people think they should just be handed the knowledge without doing any of the ground work themselves.

True. You have to put in your time at the gym; sweat, pain, and continous training are what get you the respect of others. Don't expect to hang out for a month and be able to win anybody over...this board is no different.
