You need more carbs. You have more than a twelve hour period with almost no carbs eat more specially between 8 and noon. If you are trying to gain you must eat more.

What is your weight.
You are not eating enough......

You need way more protein and carbs, add some fat in there, such as faxseed oil or olive oil.

No sir, your not eating sufficient amounts of food for an athlete lets review.

Your diet as posted was:

8:00am 30g protein shake
9-12 football training and workout
12:00 26g protein 45g carb shake
2:00 can of tuna w/ crackers and/or egg whites
6:00 couple chicken breasts w/ a side like rice or a potato
9:00 small snack
before bed 30g protein shake

Lets do a quick & basic calculation, your Daily Protein intake = 30+26+30+60+30=146g
Daily Carbohydrate Intake = 45g+10g+50=105g
Daily Fat Intake = Almost completely absent from your diet are the essential Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids.

This is a ruff approximation taking into consideration the inclusion of "crackers, rice, or potato" as sources of complex carbohydrates.
First and formost bud, taking into consideration your athletic endeavors and resistance training you are without question depriving your body of essential nutrients. Both quanity and quality are lacking.
I recommend that your involve yourself in some research. You need to better appriciate the importance of protein consumption as an athlete, along with the important roles complex-carbs and fats play.
I highly doubt your training or physique will improve given this diet. Please do some research on nutrition.
