I know when I'm on my recovery time is excellent, and if I had to I could probably hit the gym hard 7 days a week, but I never go more than 4 times in a week because I don't want to burn out mentally, and even when juicing I know the importance of rest..I was just wondering how you guys felt, and what you train like? When I am on I like to go to the gym, and lift heavy everyday but satuarday. Now I cut back cause I have raised my blood pressure with my last cycle. IP: Logged |

About 5 days a week. When Im on a cycle I change the WAY I train (sets, ect.), but I still like to get a day or two off to give my CNS a chance to recover (gear doesnt help that)... IP: Logged |

One body part a day, 2-3 days rest in between working out the next body part. I never workout the same body part more than once a week. This works best for me. IP: Logged |

I'm quite the masochist... I train twice a day, separating the cardio from the weights. M/W/F... cycling I also do adventure races, so I train for that when I have the time, i.e. rowing, climbing, mountain biking, etc. IP: Logged |

5 times a week, rest days are taken randomly due to work schedule. more rest days when i'm off cyle, I find i get too sore and need more time to recover. Pitbull IP: Logged |

Everybody reacts differently to different training approaches. I personally like doing back separate from bis because I feel my bis are stronger when I don't do back first, and I can hit them harder with heavier weights...same goes for back if you were to do bis first. The flip side is you pre-exhaust say bis by doing back, then they get totally blasted with your biceps work and grow better....it's just a matter of preference. IP: Logged |

I used to go 5 out of 7, but switched up my split so I go 6 days a week now. I mainly go by feel though, if I wake up and feel overtrained, I will take that day off, no matter what day it is. Once u know your body and how much u can handle your all set. LP IP: Logged |
