Just wanted to intoduce myself to the board. Been out here reading it for a while now and I can't say enough about it. No other place like it!! Been working out for a little over a year now and just not making the gains that I want. Turning to you guys for advice. Thanks for all the help so far! Can't wait to learn more. Thanks!!
