![]() ![]() ![]() HCA is a citrate Lyase inhibitor, which is the enzyme responsible for the conversion of glucose to fat. The most optimal time to take HCA would be within a half an hour before ingesting a meal that is high in carbohydrates. This is what the product is sopposed to do in theory. I personally haven't seen any results worth doing cartwheels over when using this substance. IP: Logged |
