![]() ![]() ![]() The only proven way to lose a fat gut, is to lose total fat all over your entire body. Its very difficult if not impossible to lose fat in a localized area, such as your stomach or ass. But if you simply start losing weight, inevitably your stomach will shrink. Couple this with added muscle to your chest and legs, and your stomach will look much smaller. As you start peeling away the layers over your tummy, youll start seeing the cuts of your abs... very nice. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() excercice will NOT do the trick alone. excercice and diet. But you will loose size every where you don't want to loose anything. And if you want to see your abs, you will need to loose about 30 to 40 pounds. This is an estimation since I don't know your body. The only proven way is through operation. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() CERTAINLY EATING "EVERYTHING" ISNT GOING TO HELP YOU OUT.. YOU NEED TO WORK ON YOUR DIET. CARDIO TRAINING AND DIET WILL IMPROVE YOUR BODY FAT % AND TRUST ME YOU HAVE IT ALL OVER NOT JUST IN ONE AREA.. SO YOU WILL LOSE BF EVERYWHERE.. AND IF YOU ARE INTERSTED IN CUTTING I WOULD TRY A WINNY, EQ, PRIMO STACK. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It's just natural for men to carry their extra fat deposits in the abdomen region just like women carry it in their hips and thighs. It will be the last area the body will shed fat when dieting, therefore, spot exercises won't work for that. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() First thing first... 1. Where you gain weight first, is where you will lose it last. 2. You can't spot reduce. (Although toning the muscles will help in aiding the fat burning process when training) 3. Diet is of utmost importance, then training and if you're succeptable to gaining weight, you must implement a cardio regime' in your weekly workout plan. the truth sucks, but other than lypo... there you have it. Hope it helps... ------------------ IP: Logged |
