I think an old fashion game of 21 with my buddies does the trick. Ecspecially if there are tips allowed, because the game goes on forever. Talk about a sweat bath! IP: Logged |

Try interval training with sprints. If you haven't sprinted for a while ease into it so you don't hurt yourself. Start with 30 sec. of sprinting followed by 30 sec. of walking or light jogging for a combined total of 4 min. then every other cardio workout add 1 min. This works wonders!!! Only do it on your off days so you don't overtrain, and if your looking to get cut lighten up on your leg work a little so you don't overtrain due to the calorie defecit. Try it !!!! IP: Logged |

Personally I'd say jumping rope. Gotta watch when you do it though because jumping rope regularly + lifting can equal overtraining. At least, that is what I have found. Puc IP: Logged |
