![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hi, Im 19 and Im going to the gym daily, weight lifting and aerobic exercise,I want to know what should I take thats not dangerous or side efects to tone my muscles Im a little bit disapointed because I can carry significantly more than my friends but they are more tone than I do, so what should I take, I dont want to be huge, I just want to tone my muscles, and have a six pack I really try to work out very hard but I dont get it, thanks for your help IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Start with your diet first. Make sure you are getting enough protein at least 1-1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight daily, divided over 5-6 meals. If you are not getting enough protein, the gains you will get from other supplements will be minimal. I'd start with a good protein powder, then creatine and glutamine. IP: Logged |
