Three here too. Did get a bad reaction in one quad after doing several in both quads. (several meaning like 6cc/wk in ea. quad) Area got swollen, red, and hot. Several people said I needed to rotate more. IP: Logged |

I put 6 in one quad in a week, won't do that again, painful lump just above knee developed. The horror of having to inject 6 ccs sten and 6 ccs eq a week. ------------------ IP: Logged |

It depends how meaty you are. When I had 4cc BD's, I did the full 4. I do 3cc's in my delts and have never had a problem... IP: Logged |
