   After injecting 3cc's of EQ into my right delt, I developed a kind of a lump but not really. My skin is hard and a little sore from where I injected and it goes down to my outside of my bicep... Anyone know what this is? I need to start injecting into the glutes now... later IP: Logged |

Had the same reaction w/3cc in my L quad once. Swollen, red, and hot to the touch. Seemed to spread. Iced it for two days, took Ibuprofin, and it went away after a week. FYI...If you look in the Nurses Handbook ( I know sounds wimmpy), it tells exactly how, where, and why to inject deep intermuscular w/gear. It says below the heart, in the buttox or quad, deep IM because the gear is made to get into your system slowly. IP: Logged |
