When you guys start a new cycle, do you stop using creatine, then start using it again for post-cycle? What are the advantages/disadvantages of doing this. Do you prefer to stay on or off during a cycle? Later IP: Logged |

I stopped for my last cycle, for no other reason than I wanted to have a boost when my cycle was over. Plus the effects of creatine, I figured would be slight in comparison to say 750 mgs of test a week. I haven't had anything resembling a crash yet (knock on wood). My strength is still high, energy high, four weeks post cycle. I reduced my overall volume of training, but I think stopping and starting up with creatine has helped me a bunch. .02 ------------------ "tank tops are for medium sized guys..." IP: Logged |

I decided to go back on creatine today. 10g first thing in the morning with a glass of fruit punch. Its funny how it comes out just as fast as it goes in! Damn I almost shit my pants! That shit creeps up on ya! IP: Logged |

I always go off for the cycle. My theory is I may already retain water from the roids, including edema, and I don't want creatine to increase this, but... the real reason is that it is a waste when you already are shooting the good stuff. I save it until the last week of the cycle then I reload and use it as normal. IP: Logged |

Creatine will give you the fat man, got a 6 pick of Bud in my belly look. While on AS drop the Creatine. Unless you plan on using a duretic or somethign to get the water off your system. But I'm not telling you to do that. IP: Logged |
