![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Just did my second thigh injection this afternoon, man that was easy. So easy in fact that I was wondering why doesn't everyone just do it in thigh rather than in the glute. Are there any drawbacks or potential risks I'm not aware of and need to be. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The reason i dont inject in my thigh is because i read about a main vein in your leg that you could possibly hit if you arent careful. Many do it and never have problems but i just stick to my glute to avoid any problems. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There danger of hitting veins in any muscle you inject into if you don't know your anatomy and where to inject. Find you hip bone and feel downward and you will find the head of your femur (outer thigh) place you hand sidewides just below it and that is where you inject. (1 hands width below the head of your femur). At least that what I learned in school. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey buffnut we learned about the same in school. There arent any major arteries or veins in the outer upper vastus lateralis. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I inject EQ in my quads twice per week without any problems. I would avoid test prop in the quads because of the soreness, but other than that quads are a good site. They allow you to rotate sites for more healing between injections. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() A question from someone with stick legs. Would injecting in the quad help them grow faster? I know about training legs. Now would putting deca into the quads be better at getting size on the upper outer quad (which I desparately need) than injecting in the glute, assuming the workouts for the legs were the same? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I love the thigh injections mainly because I can do them myself. I have done them about 20-25 times and never had a problem and most of those times I had my training partner there and he did his shots with no problems as well. I inject in the side quad anywhere from 4 inches from the knee to 6-8 inches from the hip. This gives lots of places to inject. The only thing was when my training partner took his first shot he fainted but that was because he was nervous. The next time I had him relax a little more and he was fine. Now he loves to inject. Boy do I miss injecting. I have been clean for 50 days... I hope to start the next cycle soon. [This message has been edited by DREXX (edited June 19, 2000).] IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() hey dirkpit, site injection wont change a thing when injecting with test or deca. Site injection is good with pgf2, synthol, esiclene... IP: Logged |
