So I've been having this recurring shoulder problem. I've to a orthopedic gave me cortizone injection & Relafen but not help. Prescribe thereapy but no help (10 sessions) When to the Art Therapy help but it comes back again. At one time it felt like new but then I took a swing with a hockey stick and I fuck it up again. Went back to Art therapy 4 session but here I'm again. I've have Xray & MRI both negative. My doc wants to open my shoulder up and take a look inside. I depressed, upset, and just fucking frustrated. Any recomendations?

Avoid cortizone injections. They, in the long run, will only cause more problems. Cortizone breaks down material indiscriminantly in the joint, first inflamation, then the coating between the bones. It's a very temporary solution to a long term problem. Cortizone is good the average couch potato, but not for the active individual.

Bro,
Have known a great deal of people who suffered with everything from rotator problems to nerve problems (Thoracic Outlet etc).
Cortisol is definitely not the way to go, as was mentioned above. Opening it up is not necessarily going to solve your problem either. Recovering from surgery could take a long time.
I have seen a lot of positive results from sports chirpractors (good ones) especially those familiar with extremity work. Acupuncture also helped alot of my friends that had nagging pain.
I would give these options a try first, and make surgery an absolute last resort.
Best of luck bro.

stop training for a month, give it a rest.
If you don't want to stop, train around the injury. Do only those exercices that do not cause pain.
Deca is good for joints and breast enlargement. So watch out.
Even with only 200 mgr Deca/week helps great for the joints and you still will be safe.

I actually stop training for several months due to a move and new gym membership but it did not help. I'll try a sport chiropractor. Any know a good one in the NYC-NJ area?
