A friend told me it was important to get plenty of fat while on a cycle. I eat low fat, high carb-protein diet. Should I eat more Mc Donalds? (never have in the last 6mo) IP: Logged |

It depends on what kind of cycle your doing. If you are trying to bulk up using test or dbol, eat as much as possible. If you are trying to cut up and using something like winny or primo, then you want to watch your fat and carbs more closely. The one constant is to keep your protein high, no matter what kind of cycle your on. IP: Logged |

The fat your friend is speaking of (hopefully)is monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats like peanuts, nuts ,peanut butter, walnut butter etc. or like Fish said olive oil or flaxseed oil , not Mcdonalds. IP: Logged |

I was not saying no to Thick dog. Just got my post in slower than he did. I don't like Mcdonalds due to lack of control on my part. While I am on my cycle I want to make sure I help it out the best I can. So I am very careful as to what I eat. ------------------ IP: Logged |
