Hey bros just figured I'd update you on my progress:
Im in my third week of my sus/dball/primo cycle, taking 6 dball/day/5 weeks,750mg sus a week/7 weeks
will start 200mg primo/week in week 4 until week 10.

So far I went from 190lbs to 205lbs, don't know my BF% for sure, but it's around 12-13%
doesn't look like it's changed much.

My strength is up, my starting bench was a 1 rep max of 285, to 1 rep of 335 so far. All of my other movements have incresed also, similarly.
BUT I was hoping to see more size from this, is it still early, where most of my size will come later or what? I'm not really eating a lot, and I know I should, but I really don't want extra BF for the beach and shit. Im eating about 3000 cal a day. Should I up it, and if I do will I get fat? What's the smartest way to go about minimizing any gain in fat, but still making large muscle gains? I know I should go all out if I want to bulk, but it's the summer, I don't need any extra fat.
What dou guys think of my gains, and how I should re-structure my diet?

great strength gains bro! as far as diet. up your calories to at least 4000 per day but try to stay under 100g of fat if you can. the sus really has not prob kicked in yet and yet you have already made great gains for three weeks bro. keep it up. you are doing great.

Hey bro great results! 15 lb in only 3 weeks is awesome. I am starting a D-bol, Sust, Eq stack soon. If you are worried about getting fat keep your calories where they are cause it seems like you are still gaining a lot of weight. Good Luck!

Looks good bro, you can probably up the cals to around 4000 withour gaining fat. Just make sure you are getting 250g of protein everyday.

Here is what my cycle looks like:

Week/D-bol/Sust/Eq
1 5 750mg 400mg
2 5 750mg 400mg
3 4 500mg 400mg
4 3 500mg 400mg
5 500mg 400mg
6 500mg 400mg
7 500mg 400mg

Clomid eod and after cycle 100mg/week, 50mg for 2 weeks after.

I am going to do the Eq for 3 weeks before and 4 weeks after the Sust and D-bol. I have just started week 3 injections of Eq. Looking to start D-bol and Sust next week.
I will also add 4 weeks of Winny at 50mg eod with the Eq after the D-bol and Sust.

I am started at 191lb approx 12% bf.
Hope to hit 215 without gaining too much fat.

Up the cals Bro....bottom line, ya gotta eat!!! Get all you can get from the cycle, and worry about the excess water and fat later...then you can truly see the finished results.....it's still a little early for the sus....give it a week or 2...but..." EAT!!"...you'll see more size that way...!!
