![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I finished week 7 of my cycle last Friday and wanted to share my results. For those who haven't seen my prior posts on this issue, this is a summary of my cycle: 10 week cycle reforvit (weeks 1-5) 50,75,75,50,25mg/daily Clomid (50mg) every other day throughout the cycle. CYCLE ADJUSTMENT: I'm incredibly pleased with the gains I've made to this point in my cycle.....but I really want to maximize my gains. At the start of week 7 I started taking reforvit again. I will use the following doses as my cycle draws to a close: week 7: 75mg/day My progress to date start: 245 pounds DIET: I'm currently consuming 7700 calories daily (about 27 times my body weight). My caloric intake averages the following break down: 25% fat, 35% protein, 40% carbs. I cycle my protein during the week from 450 to 600 grams daily. SIDE EFFECTS: I'm still keeping acne to a minimum by using Neutrogena body clear body wash, indoor tanning for 20 minutes daily, 2 or 3 showers daily, and frequent wipe downs with rubbing alcohol. I was experiencing some kidney discomfort last week. I increased my water intake and I'm also drinking 1 gallon of cranberry juice daily (be sure it's 100% pure cranberry juice.....see my post "kidney discomfort update" from 6/17). The pain seems to have subsided. I have some stretch marks on my arms, traps, and chest. They're hardly noticeable because of my tanning. I've been using vitamin E oil...so they won't be with me for long. GAINS: I can't go anywhere now without some type of comment about my body. I've been told that my neck was stolen.....my traps are very full and thick and give the appearance of no neck I'm still making incredible strength gains as well. 2 weeks ago I pressed 405 on a flat bench.....the next chest workout I was good for 2 reps of 415. That's a 100 pound gain on my bench press in only 7 weeks. 3 more weeks to go.....and I'm going to push incredibly hard!! My pre-cycle chest measurement was 49 1/2", and my neck was 17 1/2". I have some prior AS use in the past 7 years......dbol, anadrol, anavar, winny. Funny thing is.....I still don't see myself as being that big, and I surely don't feel like I'm huge. As for my meals......my day usually breaks down something like this: 7:30am protein shake: whey powder (40g protein), 2 1/2 cups of 2% milk, 3 eggs, 1 banana, 1/4 cup malted milk powder, 3 cups lowfat ice cream; peanut butter/jelly sandwich 10:00am 7 eggs, 3 cups cottage cheese, 3 pieces of wheat toast, 40 oz. 2% milk 12:30pm 3 chicken breasts, 2 cups steamed rice, 4 eggs, 2 pieces of 7 grain bread 3:00pm 12 oz. steak (lean cut), baked potatoe, 40 oz. 2% milk, 4 oz. cheese, peanut butter/jelly sandwich 5:30pm 6 eggs, 1 chicken breast, 2 cups steamed rice, 2 pieces wheat toast, granola bar 7:00pm 2 tuna sandwiches, 2 cups cottage cheese, 40 oz. 2% milk 10:30pm protein shake: whey powder (40g protein), 2 1/2 cups of 2% milk, 3 eggs, 1 banana, 1/4 cup malted milk powder, 3 cups lowfat ice cream; peanut butter/jelly sandwich

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Actually I've never used insulin or GH....not yet anyway. I'm very fortunate to be genetically predisposed for muscle growth. My father is 51, 5'10", 210 @ 6% and solid as a slab of granite!! 284 may sound huge....but consider that I'm at 15% body fat and carrying a lot of water retention. My post cycle goal is to lose both water retention (10-15 pounds) and 10% body fat (29 pounds). Assuming I can maintain a high percentage of my gains from this cycle that should leave me at 235-240 at about 6%. I haven't competed yet....but I plan on doing 2 or 3 local shows next year. I can hit one more hard mass cycle this year and have 4 months to contest prep. My goal is to be 245 in contest form for next year. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() SSMAN, you now have about 241lbs of lean body mass so if you go down to 3-4% bodyfat now without losing any muscle or lean body mass you will be 249-251lbs. Of course with the water comes a loss of lbm cause water is lbm and it is almost impossible to lose fat with no mass at all. Either way you are on the right path to being a succesfull bodybuilder. I competed 1 time in may. Dieting down from 199lbs@16% to 166@5% shit it is hard. But I used no dnp,clen,T3 and very little aas. I am small but I am also short 5'6".... IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The biggest problem I had was getting my legs to lean up. I also didn't go low enough in bodyfat. If I compete again I will aim for 3% fat on the calipers. I am aware that this is not actually 3% in reality but it seems that 3% on the calipers would put me where I want to be leaness wise. My legs still had a reading of 10mm the day of the contest goddamn it. Next contest I will take a diuretic cause most people said my legs where holding a lot of water and that it wasn't all fat. What I can tell you is aim for a low bodyfat and monitor bodyfat every week to know where you are in your prep. I started prep to late and was at 13% 10 weeks out. I figured I would aim for 6% and that would be fine but then 4 weeks out i changed to 5%. Aim for 3-4% from the start of prep and lose only 0.5% a week and maintain last week. So you are now 15% if you would want to diet now. I would diet for 24 weeks bringing to 3% a week in advance and then just glide through the last week. It seems like long but 24 weeks will make sure you don't lose mass. If taking T3, GH, DNP the fat will come off a lot faster. Maybe at 1% a week. But I can't speak with experience. Using the same ratio of calories to body weight, it's like a 190 pound person taking in 5000 calories.
