between 100 and 120 grams of protein, depending on the marbling(intramuscular fat) within the muscle fibers of the meat itself.

I'm pretty sure it's more than that. I know 12 oz has a little over 100. I would say that it's around 150.

Meat has 6 grams of protein per ounce, some may argue higher or lower, but the difference is only a gram. Besides u should be eating way more then u need anyway.

porter house and t-bones are going to have less protein per ounce than a fillet or sirloin becuase they are loaded with fat so alot of that 20 oz is nothing but fat and there is no protein in fat!
