this is my first cycle im looking to get a fitness model physique im 5'9" 160 lbs right now im looking to get to 175 or 180 but lean how many pounds shouid i look to gain by taking 200mg of deca every 5 days for 30 days then tapering off for another 10 and using clomids any suggestions or tips would be helpfull thx guys

Bro- gains with deca are slower coming then with test, you need to do at least 8 weeks at 300- 400mg per.

yes but im not looking to get really huge just looking to get like 15lbs of solid muscle and it is my first cycle and i just starteda modeling career so i am worried about negative effects any more help would be appreciated if you know a better cycle pls tell me

Deca for 30 days at those low doses is most likely not going to give you even 10lbs of muscle. You might want to consider upping the doses, and if you're worried about water retention stack some primo or winny with. You'll be much happier with your gains.

I know its hard to get respect here if you don't take thousands of milligrams and hundred of pills and spend thousands of dollars a year on juice. I'm close to your weight and goals and juice deca. First cycle, 200mg/wk, around wk 3 and 4 increased to 300 and 400 and then taper back to 200. Everybody here will tell you its a waste of time, yeah right, in 4 weeks I gained 10 lbs. and I race bikes and tri, all endurance. I only lift one time a week maybe two, and during this time I lifted light/high reps. The key is definately protein, I Dont use clomid, And haven't had any problems, my wife is very happy!!
