The only remedy is rest. You do not want to aggrivate your condition. It is something you will have to deal with for the rest of your life if you injure it further.

The only thing I can think of is using Deca in your next cycle and hoping that it will alleviate the pressure enough to work out safely.

You will really need to rest it until it feels better. It is better to rest it now for a week or two rather than deal with chronic tendonitis.

2Thick you got it ! I've had it too many times and know a lot of guys who've had it. It's the sheath that wraps around the tendon that gets inflamed causing pain when the tendon tries to slide through the sheath. A lot of times when it's warmed up it feels better....until later or the next day. Definately rest. I've trained through it before but only did movements that didn't cause any pain. Also took Ibuprofin and iced it three times a day. Even had ultrasound therapy. Good luck.

im right with you on this one bro. i just finished a primotest cycle and right when i came off my elbow was on fire. tendonitis def blows and unfortunately, theres not a damn thing you can do about it! rest and ibuprofen thats what all docs would tell you. so take some motrin or something(thats what i take) and when you are lifting dont proceed with any excercise that hurts alot. you CAN work through it if it doesnt get that bad, thats what im doing now. i think the worst pain is when you are trying to sleep, i dont know why. sometimes ill wake up in the middle of the night and my elbow is on fire. then when you wake up in the morning, that sucks too until you get it moving again! good luck to you bro but just remember this is a fairly common obstacle for many people..

got it as well. I went into the doc and he said just to take some advil or soemthing and make sure I'm using proper form, blah blah blah. I used to just say f it and work through it for the past half a year or so, but it got to the point where the pain was just too great and I couldn't do normal everyday things. I took a little time off and now warm up quite a bit. Also, I use wraps on the exercises that may aggrevate it now. Just try to take it easy for a bit first and see how that goes. I'll be trying the deca route in a couple of months, so that's always an option like others have said.
