you could buy one of those electronic scales, buy and use your own calipers which should come with some kind of handbook on how to do it, or goto a fitness center and see if they do water measurements which are the only way to be exact about it. The most reasonable is calipers though, electronic scales are not worth a shit in my opinion. You have to have not eaten for a certain amount of time, be fully hydrated, have just urinated and shit, etc.

There are about 50 different ways to do it.. Very few are accurrate. Weight yourself in water, elecronic sensors, and pinching your side are three common ways. People spout out bodyfat numbers all the time that I believe have no idea what their real bodyfat is...The most accurate is in water but it costs about 40-50 bucks in most places.

Right, hydro is the most accurate way. but second is with calipers measuring at 9 spots.chest,bi,tri,ab,sup, sub, kid, thigh and calf. BUT, you must have someone that is experienced and that person needs to be the one that checks you everytime. dont waste your time with that electronic crap they are totally worthless on people with muscle mass. I forgot, order John Parillos BF kit it will tell you how to measure and includes calipers.
