Can anyone recommend a cycle for Deca only? This will be my first cycle. First I have to find some Deca, but I need a cycle plan first I guess. hope you guys can help. nick IP: Logged |

If you search there are tons of different cycles for deca only. I'm 21 170lbs and I'm starting a deca cycle soon. It will be my first also. Week 1 100mg 2 200mg 3 400mg 4 400mg 5 400mg 6 300mg 7 100mg 8 100mg That is a good first cycle from what I gather. While you are trying to get some deca try to get you some test to put in there also. The test will help please your girl when you can't get it up your fith week into the cycle. This probably won't happen, but it might. You might see if you can find some clomid also. Good luck IP: Logged |

this worked great for me,with 4000 caloriez a day, and about 1.5 gramz of protein intake per pound of bodyweight but i stacked it with test too. . each "cc" = 250mg week 1 1cc week 2 1cc week 3 2cc week 4 2cc week 5 3cc (u will be kickin ass this week) week 6 2cc week 7 2cc week 8 1cc week 9 1cc IP: Logged |

you will need Clomid. (Clomid will not work for Progesterone). My nipples got very sensitive using 400 mgr of Deca a week. And I only used this much for 3 weeks. Then I dropped back to 200 a week. Now I will never touch Deca again. But not everyone will be very sensitive when using Deca. Jeff ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yeah, go with lordblaze in terms of cycle. Going over 300 too long is just a waste. I'd definitely go with more protein that what lordblaze said though. More deca than u need is a lie pushers will tell you to sell more of their crap. Just eat more and drink milk instead of throwing other bullshit in there for now, since you're just into the deca. If you're not doing a show in a few months screw the cut up crap too. Lift and eat... HUGE!! IP: Logged |

how many Mg per Ml on that deca. What is your experience with lifting so far..I have seen people get by with 150-200mg week. Use clomid though or your sex life will die when you are done.. IP: Logged |

Get 2-3g of protein per pound. 4000-5000 quality calories per day. Hit the gym hard.
