4-6 times a day. Depends on if it's a work day or not. With shakes thrown in. What kind of protein are you using? IP: Logged |

Six to seven times a day and my cal. I take in depend on what I'm doing. For cutting for a comp I keep them at about 2200 for 8-10 weeks depending on how I look and two weeks out I cycle from 3000 down to 1500 in a 500 cal drop a day and then start back over at 3000 again but during off season I get from 4000 to 5000cals. a day. 9-14 times a day. I also drink from 1 gallon to 2 gallons of milk a day, so it's higher if you count that. Every hour somethings going down the hole; coincidentally, I shit alot. Ever been swallowing your food still and shitting? Then you're doing things right I say! IP: Logged |

5x times/day, and 4 protein shakes. This is ca. 4000-4500 Cal/day. But don`t eat too much for one meal, try to eat middle-low doses, keep up your hunger all the time, but if you eat in every 3 hour will be okay. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Always 9 meals a day. 8 meals with food. 1 shake directly after a workout. I personally could care less about calories, my main concern is PROTEIN. Food is always better than whey! IP: Logged |
