![]() ![]() ![]() Im sorry guys, I know this isnt a AS guestion but all the other boards suck, no action except this and chat. So I know you guys all know alot, so heres my question. I do aerobics like bike or run or stairs in the morning before I eat. Do about half an hour to an hour, need to drop weight. I heard someone say that dont drink water either and you will burn more calories. What do you guys think, wont I just dehidrate, or is there some truth to this. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Water wont affect it, unless you drink so much that you cramp. People probobly get concerned with water retention, and take it overboard. Real cold water is a benefit, since your body has to burn calories bringing it up to body temperature (mabye not a whole lot of calories, but hey, its better than nothing). IP: Logged |
