![]() ![]() ![]() I am just finishing a six week cycle of 1c of sus250, 1c of test200, and 35 russian D-bol per week. I just got some I.P. Deca and was wondering if going straight into these will keep the pounds coming on. I figure since Deca is so safe I should be allright. I was also wondering if the best way to bulk up was to do a bunch of reps of a comfortable weight or less reps of more weight. Does this go for every exercise I do. Any info would be appreciated. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Being as your are already on your sixth week of your cycle I would save the deca for another cycle. I always pyramid my weights starting with 12 reps/low weight and ending with 4 reps/heavy weight. Some people might disagree with this but I believe that this is the safest way to do it because you are gradually increasing and this makes an injury less likely. As your may already know being safe while on a cycle is better because, while your muscles are growing like crazy your tendons and ligaments don't have anything to make them stronger.
