I just saw someone asking for a good gym in SF, and it hit me! Anyone in the Berkeley/Oakland area? I'm moving there next month (right after July 4) and looking for a place to lift. (and to hopefully meet 'that big guy') any help is appreciated!! -iceman IP: Logged |

Check out "Power Plant Gym". That is a kinda hard core bodybuilding & powerlifting gym. The size is big enough. There are lots of free weights and machines. I heard they just moved to another place, but only 2 or 3 blocks away from original place. Check it out!!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |
