after 1 1/2 yrs not being on gear? Someone told me to take nolvadex for a few weeks, but will it work after this prolonged period of time being off gear? Also what is a good amount to take per day? IP: Logged |

Take at least 20mgs per day for a week and then 10 per day for another week.. it has worked on occassion but its not a definite and/or permanent fix IP: Logged |

well if the nolvadex helps, wouldnt it help permanately if you dont do steroids again and eat right? IP: Logged |
