![]() ![]() ![]() It all depends on your goals. Since you can use deca for a variety of purposes, if you are looking for sheer mass, then you probably want to limit cardio to a couple of times per week. If you are trying to stay lean, you may want to up it to 3-4 times per week. I would do it at lower intensities than normal, so you don't burn too much muscle. It is always good to do it a couple of times per week just to combat the added stress that the excess bodyweight and water places on the heart. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I think some cardio is good. It allows you to eat more and it aids somewhat in recovery cuz you increase your o2 uptake. A strong heart is a good thing. I do not reccomend a very hard cardio every time you go to the gym. But maybe 20-30 minutes every other day. Good luck. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() what do you look like now? if you are already lean dont do much cardio maybe 3 days a week at 20-30 minutes per. if youve got alot of bodyfat go 5-6 days a week. It makes no sense to me why some people want to eat everything in sight and not do any cardio and end up with a huge layer of fat covering their muscles and veins. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() From what i have read, you should really limit yourself for cardio on a cycle and then do a lot of cardio after a cycle to cut up a lot more.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Never eliminate it completly! Keeping your body cardiovascularly fit keeps your body ready for when you turn the cardio volume up to lean out and cut. Plus, as was said, it helps in recovery by circulationg oxygenated blood... IP: Logged |
