In fact, ketosis or non-ketosis, you need a fair amount of fat in your diet for healthful benefits and to stoke the fat-burning fires. Aren't egg protein and whey protein superior to milk. If you really want to get casein fo r it's anti-catabolic effects you can also take it in a protein powder. I figure out 80-90% of my needs with them, and then eat pretty much anything else I want (clean) throughout the day. Milk, chicken, beef, rice... even fruit.
