Hey, I have read many threads addressing this topic, I have even seen diagrams, but somebody take an actual picture of where they consistently inject in their thighs, As I just cannot visualize it yet!!!thanks  I mean I have heard dividing your thigh into thirds, and handbreaths this and that, and ...show me a freakin picture, and not a diagram out of a health book!!IP: Logged |

Hey Joe - say, thats a Hendrix tune - it ain't that hard to need a picture. Upper half to the outside ( toward the hip) is easy. Doesn't hurt if your are in the right spot, you will know it if you are too low & inside. Just draw back, to make sure you don't have blood in the syringe. I can see the veins clearly in my quads, so easy to avoid. Just relax & give it a try. IP: Logged |

Also for quad injections, don't go using one of them huge needles either. A 1/2" or 5'8 needle is fine for them. usually a 25 guage or 27. But I have found a 27 being a little to small for oil based. IP: Logged |
