I mean it hardly concerns me and is nearly unrecgoziable but is there something I can take or do to minimize this? Should you stay away from milk? Stay away from fatty foods? How bout Nolvadex? Thanks. IP: Logged |

Well this is from a cycle I did 1 1/2 years ago, stayed away from juice since then (my source got busted). Will the Nolvadex work after all this time? I just got a little softness on my nips, would like them hard again if possible.. IP: Logged |

hey bro. you can try 20mg per day for a few weeks and if you do not notice an improvement, up it to 40mg per day for the next two weeks. if by then you have not had a significant improvement, surgery is your only likely option that i know of. those dosages are just my two cents though. IP: Logged |

I've talked to a few guys who tried arimidex, for chronic[?] gyno, and they've had good results. It's expensive as hell, but it's the hot new thing as far as unwanted titties go. IP: Logged |

did you ever get bloodwork to determine current Estradiol level? It should be under 20 or pretty close.
