Hi!
As a fighter I need to be in good shape and I have some doubts about my diet, here they are:
1) Number of daily calories intake.
2) Supplements that will help.
My goal is to right now reduce as much as I can the body fat and add some muscle because in september/october I will do a cycle with HGH, sust, deca and winnie.
By the way, I am 6'2" with 220lb and 11% bf.
All useful info and help is apreciated.
Thanks
Makaveli

hey bro, well figure out what your cal. intake is. And go about a week and see if you are maintaining your weight or not. If so, clean up diet a little, lower you cal.intake 100-200cal. But if you are a fighter, then your cadio is prob. high, so you dont' want to lower cal. to much. You should try to lose 1pound a week no more, bf will drop, anything more will be water weight. For supplemts, i like rip fuel. but if you watch your fat intake, and eat clean, keep cardio high, you train hard, and drink a lot of water,bf% should lower. but keep the fat intake low.and watch suger intake too, too much sugar can put a stop to your progress. If this didnt' aswer your quetion give me more info on the types of food. good luck bro!!
