![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I started working out only about 10 months ago. I weighed about 250lbs, give or take a few, and had little physical activity. I've been busting my ass for about 10 months, I entered the body for life and got down to 190lbs, and around 10% body fat. I was benching around 135 maybe for 3 reps. In the past month I got on some anabolics called DCP, my bench went from 225 1RM, to 275 1RM in about 3 weeks. I just got off of the cycle because it was effecting my job, I couldn't get any sleep and was irritable all the time. Now i'm benching 225, 4 reps, and my 1RM dropped to 250lbs, but I feel much healthier w/out the drugs. Are anabolic drugs/AS a good choice to break plateaus like the one I was having (I was stuck at the same max for months) considering the health risks? Opinions plz. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Of course AS are gonna help you break plateaus if used correctly. As far as the benefits outweighing the side effects, that's something you're gonna have to decide for yourself. Like elite said it's all relative. l8r IP: Logged |
