OK here's the deal. I have been trying to move up a weight class, I have been eating a ton of protein and carbs and went from 188 5%BF to 195 7.5%BF. Now I have been invited to an out of state tournament and would like to enter the lower weight class where there are some great fighter, if I win it could really help my standings. Weigh in is on Thursday, turny is Sunday. I need to weigh in under 187. If I keep my carbs very low under 100gm until Friday and then load up will this give me sufficient time to get strength back. Also I don't want to look flat, intimidation helps a lot sometimes. I know this really doesn't belong on this board but I trust the opinion of this board a lot more then the others. It looks like I might be in this weight class for a while, I can't gain any more quality size naturally and I don't know if I will ever juice, I really wold like to do good in this turny. Thanks for the help

Lasix it will make to piss like a horse. remember one gallon of piss weighs eight pounds.

with lasix you must also supplement potassium, and be careful if you go that way, lasix can f up your kidneys if overused or not taken properly.

fuck lasix, it will fuck u up, ald is a much safer diuretic, and be careful with the potasium supplementing, Mike Matarazzo almost died at a show not cuz of the diuretics but cuz he took sooo much potassium before the show to help with the diuretics that his body cramped the fuck up and he barely survived death!

Thanks for the advice guys but I would like to stay away from diuretics. A match can last up to 30 min in this turny. I don't want to cramp up or get dehydrated. any advice on how to do this naturally.

Try to sodium deplet for a couple days then bring it back up just alittle then carb deplet a few days then after weigh in bring your carbs back up to where you normally keep them.
