I have 300 tabs of winny (2mg/tab), and I started the cycle, I'm on the 1st day of my second week:

1. week: 5 tabs
2. week: 7 tabs
3. : 9 tabs
4. : 9 tabs
5. : 7 tabs
6. : 5 tabs

How much gain can I get from this amount?
I'm 6 feet 4 inches tall, 205 lbs and 12% bodyfat. My protein intake is 200 g/day, total calories ca. 4000 Calories/day.
I also protect my liver with Legalon (silymarin) and SPA pack from Universal.
And of course, 4 training/week, each is 1-1,5 hour long, very hard, 1 min between exercises, each musclegroup 2x/week.
