![]() ![]() ![]() i have been lifting intensly for twelve weeks, with only a day or two off during a week. it seems that my workouts have been suffering a little the last two weeks. my question is that i am thinking of taking 5 or 6 days off without lifting anything and was wondering if this would hurt or help me. i was just wondering what my fellow bros thought. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Take it off bro. It's good to take a week off about every ten weeks. GIves your muscles a good rest period and you'll come back as strong as ever. IP: Logged |
