Hey bros, I was hoping for some input. I am 5'11", 194lbs. and have done a cycle of eq only. I am preparing for a cycle of sus 250 for 8 weeks with 750mg weeks one and 2 and 500mg for the last 6, along with ref-b 2ccs a day spread out 4 times a day. I'm not sure how long to take the ref-b for. I also plan to take 50mg of comid eod during the cycle. Then 100mg ed the first week after and 50 ed the second week after. What do you guys think? should I get novaldex just in case. Will the clomid prevent gyno? What should I expect on this cycle and what will I keep. I plan to continue to take in alot of calories for a month or two after my cycle then cut up. I would apreciate your advice thanx!!!!!!! p.s. I am 20yrsold! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Big guy's right, Clomid is just a shield for gyno, and will help with water retention, as well as keeping your natural test levels up!! Nolvadex should always be on hand bro...Think of it as a condum....might not need it, but great to have if ya do!!! Run the Clomid an extra week....add milk thistle, or eve. primrose oil to be liver friendly....you'll like the results Bro!!! Ranger IP: Logged |

Clomid is a must in any cycle. Keep the Nolvadex on hand just in case. With how cheap these are, there is no reason not to have it. IP: Logged |

If they are sensitive to the touch, it is bad!! According to Dan Duchaine, Nolvadex should be taken all the time!!! It reduces water retention and keeps estrogen from binding. Nothing seems bad about that!! IP: Logged |
