you guys are all a bunch of smart asses. You need a valid ID to open a private mail box. If you guys were smart, you would do the same but you probably think you'll never get caught or you probably don't order enough gear for the cops to even worry about you. IP: Logged |

no I think they know that getting a fake and a mailbox is maile fraud and fed offense, which lands you a better chance of finding yourself in jail and on probaltion. Using your real name and getting caught (as long as not a distributable amount) will most likely be a little easier (1st time offense). Slopain IP: Logged |

Slopain hit the nail on the head.. If you use a fake name, then it really gives them something to throw the book at you for man. If you get caught with some gear, personal use quantities, you can talk your way out of that with people, tell them you were depressed had some kind of personality disorder felt bad about yourself, you couldn't get any women, and you didnt know it was wrong to order from a foreign pharmacy if it was a small order for personal use etc.... Most people will feel sorry for you, you might still get in a little trouble.. Try to explain you didnt know it was wrong to use a fake ID to open up a p.o. box to import illegal drugs in, and face it, you are fucked... Play it cool man, why break more laws than you have to? When you'r ordering a couple thousand dollars worht of gear at a crack, they don't charge you with personnal use, they charge you with distribution. If they tracked a package back to the mailbox and my name was on it, there is no way out. If there was a fake name on it, they would have no way of tracing it back to me. They would have to catch me red handed getting the gear and I would only go to the mailbox once a month. This is how the big boys (major dealers) do it and I've read from a guy who just retired very wealthy from selling juice. He said this is a must!!! Ask around and I'm sure you'll hear the same thing I've told you.

you guys make it sound like if you get caught transporting drugs via the mail system it's not a federal offense if you use your real name. anytime you use the mail system to break any laws, it's a federal crime. they can deside to make it a lessor charge if they choose but it still starts out as a federal crime. so i don't see the harm in using a fake name. unless maybe they will come down on you harder. but if using a fake name will give you any advantage, i'd go for it.
