![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() DOES ANY-ONE HAVE THE FORMULA FOR A OYRAMID BENCH PRESS? LIKE 5-4-3-2-1-BURNOUT OF 12. IT'S A PRECENTAGE OF YOUR MAX ON THE BENCH AND YOU WORK UP WITH HIGHER WEIGHT AND LOWER REPS THEN THE BURN-OUT OF 12 THE LAST SET. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPERCIATED, THANKS IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() The percentage of your one rep max usually goes like this: 95%- 2 reps 92.5%- 3 reps 90%- 4reps 87.5%-5 reps and so on For example, if 300 is your one rep max, 95% of that is 285, you should be able to do 2 reps with 285. Of course it varies with every individual, but it gives you a good starting point. IP: Logged |
