how many meals do you have a day,what do they consist of.

That is a very big question.
If you train........ hard.
You should eat every 2-3 hours approx.
Eat wholesome foods. Good proteins.
Read the board every day twice.

at least 6 meals a day 40-60 grams of protein in each. Protein sources are beef, chicken, fish, tuna fish, eggs, protein powder, and my favorite, Hair pie and Bearded clam.

didnt' you asked this already? Well it depends on what my goals are. But usually i have anywhere from 4-6 meals a day, mostly, eggwhites w/ one whole egg,oatmeal,protein shakes, chicken breast, bake potato's, tuna,turkey,fish, and i have a cheat meal once a week. I try to stay clean.

Thick dog is right. Just make sure you pull
the pub hair out of teeth before you go to the gym.
