i wanted to know if i do eca 1 hour before i worked out would that interfear with any gains. i am on my second week of sus and primo

I see you posted this twice. Why not just bump the last one. I have read on here that asprin can effect your gains. So I stopped taking the asprin. Ripped seems to wake me up, so I still take it.

I'm also on the second week of my cycle using primoteston only, and I'm doing ECA on my squat, bench and deadlift days. I already put 20 lbs on my bench and 30 lbs on my squat (DL's are later today). I've put on 7 lbs of bodyweight as well using clomid and arimidex, therefore I'm guessing not too much of this weight is water. So I don't think it's hindering my gains too bad. I just make sure I eat every 2 to 3 hours whether I'm hungry or not as ECA diminishes my appetite.

According to a nuclearnutrtion.com article, ECA should also help with receptor clearing. Though I'm not sure if it has that much affect this early in the cycle, it may be beneficial later on.
