I just got through with my first competition june 10th and placed 5th. I'm looking for a good cycle or cycles to do before next year. How many cycles should I do before then and what of? IP: Logged |

You have to do some homework first. Also, please give us your stats: height and weight + body fat percentage. Then state your goal: to bulk or to cut. Lots of bros here are happy to give advice but more info is needed. AY IP: Logged |
