![]() ![]() ![]() Dear Board memebers, As some you now, I broke my olna bone (smaller bone in forearm) on May 15. I will be getting my full-arm cast off on June 19 and I have already noticed sever atrophy in my cast arm...as my cast is ver loose around my bicep/tricep. My question to the board is has anyone been through rehab of this kind and can anyone recommend the quickest and most effective way to get my arm back to par?? Any help on diet, supplements, gear, training etc would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Buff IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Buff, I've had alot of knee work & each time my leg looked like a pen. Muscle has perfect memory it will go back to what it once was but don't try to do it over night. Take your time & it will come back strong & it will take no time just be careful for awhile. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I agree, I broke both bones just above my wrist before and had the same problem. It really does come back pretty quick. DON'T push too hard though. It takes time. Pushing too hard now will only hurt it in the long run. You will know when it feels right to hit it hard again. IP: Logged |
