ok heres the deal. i HONESTLY think my left biceps is slightly bigger in size, BUT my right is stronger.... am i mental?

I'll be the third. I even do one extra rep with my right arm to see if they will even out. I'm right handed I wonder if that is why.

man I wonder that too, I'm right handed, and my right bicep looks slightly bigger yet, my left is stronger

i am right handed and my right arm is MUCH stronger. I've been working out consistently for 1 yr. and I'm still having problems with my left arm.

Me too, Right Handed, Letf is stronger.

Try doing more (or only just for a while) biceps exercises with the long bar, both arms toguether, this will force the weaker arm to follow the stronger... I think this could help a little...

My right is a full 2-3 reps stronger then my left. I am trying to even them out by utilizing barbell in place of dumbell, and if I do dumbells I try to keep the same rep range with more empahasis on the negative with my right. Right handed BTW.
