Im currently 190lbs, i am 6'2. Body fat is around 10%, could be better. =( Been working out precisely 1 year. When I first started lifting I weight 250lbs, solid lard. =) Lost WAY too much weight, but most of it was fat. I need to pack on some solid mass. But I'm afraid alot of carbs will make me gain too much fat.. any advice??

Im sorry to say that you have to gain a little fat to gain muscle. Not a lot, but mabye a little. Keep an eye on it from week to week and adjust as needed. The carbs are extremelly important to gaining muscle! Try to eat only complex carbs, and stick to rice, potatos, and non-sugar carbs.
It works for me, and I gain fat pretty easily...

I always had problems gaining weight until I actualy started counting calories. Once I monitored my intake, I was able to adjust how much I needed to eat to gain the amount of weight I wanted to gain. Good luck.
