Guy at the gym told me it makes your muscles recover faster if you rub icy hot on them after a workout.. he said he often grinds up dbol tabs mixes it w/ icy hot and rubs it on his biceps.. is that stupid or is it just me?

Maybee the icy hot, but i think he was fucking with ya to see if you would do it or not.

Just tell him you did it,and tell him it works better

Heh heh... Sounds like hes trying to make some claim like the Icy hot works like DMSO gel...
Icy hot sooths the muscle, but doesnt help recovery. It cant actually repair microcellular damage to the muscle tissue, but it eases the pain. Icy hot would work to a small (very small) degree like DMSO, but dbol wouldnt be effective transdermally...
I wouldnt say its stupid, but it sure is funny...
